SHIPPING POLICY

At Dope Kulture we are constantly sourcing the best prices for shipping your items without compromising the integrity and safety of your products.

Please allow extra time for your package to be delivered due to effects of covid-19. Estimated time of delivery can be from 5-15 business days.

We are not able to take any responsibility for any packages being held up at any custom offices around the world. Please be aware that, you the customer, is responsible for making any custom payments due in the country where you ask the goods to be delivered.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You the customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

We are not able to take responsibility when orders have to be shipped to PO Boxes and in fact we would recommend that you use a physical address instead.

Please be aware that we cannot ask the courier or mail man to leave goods outside your home or office. If they do we are unfortunately not able to take responsibility for the condition of the goods.


RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you the customer notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to [email protected]

Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Dope Kulture does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered once the case for the return has been reviewed.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore Dope Kulture reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
